[Ground and polished – Late Bronze Age Bone Tools from Kemnitz, County Potsdam-Mittelmark]

Abstract
During the excavation of the early to late Bronze Age settlement in Kemnitz, county Potsdam-Mittelmark, a substantial amount of animal bones was recovered, ehich contained bones of pig, sheep or goat, cattle and hare. Five bones of these showed traces of bone working and are presented here. Three of them are simple pointed awl-like tools, one is a projectile point and the third shows traces difficult to interpret.
